We used to just get a little 4-6 page color newsprint catalog that we would use to pick books and order them (prepaid), then they would be delivered to our school a couple weeks later. I usually got to get two or three books each time.
Yeah! Book fairs still do that, it’s like a little preview catalog that you can order from.
